And Bob knows, having spent most of his sales career working in a large health insurance plan managing independent health agents, he’s seen it all. Bob has over 30 years in the health insurance industry primarily focused on the individual buyer, particularly Medicare beneficiaries. He interacts with each customer directly and gets to know them personally. Which is how it should be.
