Dr. Silwal grew up in the Himalayan country of Nepal. His sister’s struggle with lupus in early childhood encouraged him to study medicine. He completed his medical education in Nepal and moved to the United States to complete his residency in pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Silwal enjoys seeing his patients grow and thrive. Helping his patients to achieve optimal health, and making a difference in their lives is a unique responsibility he is very passionate about.
