Over the past 40 years, Pavilion Properties has steadily grown into a leading developer of Bloomington Student Housing and a manager of Student Housing Investments. Today Pavilion’s portfolio includes more than 300 Bloomington, Indiana rental units in over 40 locations around Indiana University’s campus.
