LTFP provides care to all age patients from birth to geriatrics. Dr. Linares also delivers babies at SKyridge Hospital and provides care for all patients that become hospitalized while receiving care at this office. There is a strong emphsis on preventative care and engaging the patient in self management of their health issues. The patient is viewed as a partner in health care decisions.
