Hayley approaches patient care as a partnership, working closely together to discuss and choose a treatment course, with continued collaboration in decision making throughout your mental health journey. She enjoys getting to know her patients over time, using CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing techniques in addition to medication management. Hayley truly loves working in the mental health field, getting to use her medical training in conjunction with person-centered care. She has lived and worked all over the US and moved to the Triangle area in 2021.
