Welcome to Hawthorne House of Salem! Our licensed memory care community opened in August 2002 in the beautiful Willamette Valley and features seven private rooms and four shared rooms. Our specially trained memory care team is well equipped to care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, while promoting comfort and familiarity in our cozy boutique home.
