Hawai‘i Life Kapalua Office Hawaii Life opened this small, convenient Kapalua location in 2016 after merging with Mary Anne Fitch and her team from Maui Estates International. Kapalua is where the island of Maui makes a turn from the dry, calmer leeward side to a more Northerly orientation. As a result, exposure to northeasterly tradewinds makes Kapalua notably greener and cooler. Many of Kapalua’s former pineapple fields are now residential developments. A short drive North of Kapalua is Honolua Bay – arguably one of Hawaii’s most perfect surf spots. Golf at Kapalua is world-class, and an annual stop on the PGA tour Tournament of Champions.
