About Ed Shedd Joined EMC in 2024 with over 15 years of experience in purchase, refinance, and government loans. My clients and realtors tell me my availability may be my best ability. It's not hard, just answer the phone or return the text, right? But I guess not everyone thinks that way. I got into this business to help Veterans. It has been my honor to close over 2,000 VA loans since 2018, and every single time I tell them the same thing, "Thank you for your service, and for protecting my family!". Over time I have done all types of loans (Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, DSCR, etc.), but the common thread is always, help families with their most important investment.
