We specialize in Home health and Hospice. CDPAP - A special program where you can select a friend or family member to take care of you. Since November 2012, the Consumer-Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) has been included in the benefit package of Mainstream Medicaid Managed Care and Managed Long Term Care. The consumer must consult their Managed Care/MLTC Plan in order to be ensured that they can get CDPAP. All in all, through the recent changes to the provisions of the CDPAP program, it has become a more potent and effective health care program that benefits the consumer as well as the aide.
